1. About Us & Acceptance

AutoFlow Baby Products is a brand of National Baby Products, founded in 1952 by Shri Jayantilal Gopaldas Shroff in Mumbai, India. We are a manufacturer and seller of premium, ISI-certified baby care products including feeding bottles, teats, nursing essentials, health & hygiene items, toys, and teethers.

By accessing this website (autoflow22.myshopify.com) or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and that you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Products & Eligibility

All AutoFlow products are manufactured in-house using modern technology under strict quality control. Our feeding bottles are made with world-class Japanese technology, and our anti-colic silicone teats are crafted with high-quality German technology. All products are BPA-Free and carry Silicone Teat certification.

  • All products are suitable for use from 0+ years unless specifically indicated otherwise.
  • Toy teethers and rattles are suitable for 4+ months.
  • Products are intended for the care of infants and children and must be used as directed.
  • AutoFlow is not responsible for misuse or use contrary to product instructions.

3. Ordering & Pricing

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

  • Product images are representative; actual colour and packaging may vary slightly.
  • AutoFlow reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful placement of an order.
  • We primarily cater to distributors, retailers, and bulk buyers across India. Individual consumer orders are also accepted via our online store.

All content on this website — including but not limited to the AutoFlow logo, product names, catalog designs, images, text, graphics, and trade names — are the intellectual property of National Baby Products and are protected under Indian intellectual property laws. The AutoFlow name and logo are registered trademarks.

Unauthorised reproduction, copying, redistribution, or commercial use of any content from this website is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

AutoFlow Baby Products and National Baby Products shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website beyond the purchase price of the specific product in question. Our liability is limited to direct damages only.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
