1. Quality Assurance

All AutoFlow Baby Products are manufactured in-house using modern technology under strict quality control at our facilities. We hold an ISI license and maintain a quality testing laboratory as per the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). Our products undergo rigorous testing before reaching consumers.

  • All feeding bottles manufactured with BPA-Free materials.
  • Silicone teats crafted using L.S.R. (Liquid Silicone Rubber) German technology.
  • Feeding bottles manufactured using world-class Japanese technology.
  • ISI licensed — quality tested as per Bureau of Indian Standards.

2. Warranty Coverage

AutoFlow products carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase for feeding bottles, teats, and nursing accessories, and 3 months for silicone and rubber-based products.

Covered: Structural defects in feeding bottles, teat/nipple flow issues arising from manufacturing, broken or non-functional parts at the time of purchase.

Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, damage from improper sterilisation, microwave use where not recommended, biting or chewing damage, and cosmetic discolouration over time.

3. Warranty Claims

To raise a warranty claim, contact us with proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and photographs. Valid warranty claims will be addressed with a replacement product or, if a replacement is unavailable, a store credit equal to the product's value.

4. Safety Advisory

  • Inspect all products before each use. Discard if any cracks, tears, or deterioration are observed.
  • Teats and soothers should be replaced regularly, typically every 1–2 months.
  • Never allow a child to use a damaged or cracked feeding bottle.
  • Sterilise all feeding equipment before first use as per the instructions provided.
